Meet Alex Reyes.

Alex started selling real estate in 2011 after leaving a career in software engineering at a Chicago fintech. That odd pivot turned out to be the edge: while other brokers were still printing flyers, Alex was building MLS scrapers, automated comp reports, and the early version of what's now the Meridian platform.

Over the last decade, the team has closed 1,240+ transactions across Chicago, the North Shore, and the NWI border markets — with a current average days-on-market 32% below the MLS median. Clients stay (and refer) because they get a broker who actually returns calls, plus a technology stack that most $15K/month marketing retainers can't touch.

Alex holds an active Illinois Managing Broker license, an Indiana Principal Broker license, and serves on the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors technology advisory board.
